Academic Procedure
Transcripts
Our registrar needs all the records of your child from previous schools before his joining. For this, your assistance in making the request to previous school registrar speeds up the process of enrollment of your kid to our academy. In case you want to leave our academy, transcripts for outgoing students are prepared within seven working days of his/her departure or request.
Education Plan
An independent educational plan for each student is prepared by our registrar. This plan lists the courses that students have to complete for specified grade requirements and other privileges. The received transcripts from the previous attended schools are reviewed and then the plans are prepared. If students meet the Tranquility Bay’s graduation requirements, they are enrolled in the courses according to their interest and performance and academy rules.
Progress Reports
Progress Reports are sent quarterly, which list the subject credits earned by the students, the progress in subjects currently enrolled and the requirements to be fulfilled to earn credit in these subjects. Graduation requirements report included twice per year indicates all subjects needed for graduation and all the subjects completed by the student till date.
